How our engagement works

Your first month

Your first month with a full-time Zenith team member is $750. It starts with a free call - we only take on clients we can genuinely deliver for, and we’ll tell you honestly if we’re not the right tier for you. Once you’re in, you get a placed, vetted, fully-equipped team member with payroll, compliance, HR, and live productivity reporting all handled.

After the first month

After the $750 introductory month, our standard rate is $10.95/hour for a full-time team member - about $2,085/month, all in. The engagement is month-to-month: no annual lock-ins, no hidden fees, no surprise upsells. Most clients stay because the difference is obvious, not because a contract makes them.

Notice period to end the engagement

When you’re ready to wind down the engagement, give us 30 days’ notice. That window lets us handle the offboarding cleanly - final payroll, equipment return, handover. We disclose this verbally on every call before any payment is taken, so there’s no surprise. Your only commitment after the $750 introductory month is the 30 days when you decide to stop.

Pricing transparency

One clear price covers the team member, full management, equipment, and reporting. We don’t layer on placement fees, platform fees, or upsells. If the price ever needs to change, we tell you before it does - never on an invoice you didn’t expect.

Equipment and reliability

We provide the computer, upgraded high-speed internet, and power backup. Reliability is part of the service, not your risk to manage. If something fails on our side, fixing it is on us.
